The second roadmap is for any public-facing educator or advocate, outlining steps to protect your voice, your presence, and your professional integrity—while continuing to challenge systems of oppression.
These are not exhaustive lists. They are starting points—meant to ground us in care, community, and strategy, especially when so much feels out of our hands.
